FLORDELIS Rosato Basilicata IGT

The Basilicata Rosato IGT Manfredi 2014 is a rosé that represents the most modern aspect of Vulture, the result of a careful selection of only Aglianico grapes and a subsequent very short vinification on the skins. Once it reaches the typical pink colour, reminiscent of coral, it is cold decanted as if it were a white wine and fermented at low temperatures with a specific selection of yeasts. The Basilicata Rosato IGT Manfredi 2014 is a broad, complex wine, whose aromas are reminiscent of persimmon and cherry. A fresh and immediate rosé, very pleasant.
