History
The story of Cantine Maschio begins in 1973, when Bonaventura Maschio founded a winery that was immediately at the forefront in terms of technology and production, and quickly gained recognition for the quality of its sparkling wines. In 1984, the “Dei Cavalieri” line was launched, dedicated to the Italian on-trade market. Since then, the range has stood out for its Prosecco DOC and DOCG, as well as other sparkling wines with an elegant and distinctive character.
The winery is located near the hills of Conegliano Veneto, in the Treviso plain. A commitment to excellence is rooted прежде all in respect for the territory—its hills and plains of Veneto—and for the grapes grown here. Our winemakers work with passion to enhance native grape varieties, especially those from the eastern area, expressing the true essence of this extraordinary and rich land. Here we find Glera, the grape behind Prosecco in both DOC and DOCG versions, alongside varieties such as Pinot and Incrocio Manzoni.
