1077 Spergola Extra Dry

1077 Spergola Extra Dry is a white sparkling wine produced using the Charmat method in the Colli di Scandiano e Canossa DOP area, made from 100% Spergola grapes grown on the hills of Scandiano on calcareous-clay soils. The grapes, harvested at the end of August and selected by hand, are gently pressed and vinified in steel tanks, followed by refermentation in autoclaves to preserve the fragrance and varietal identity. It is distinguished by its balance between softness and minerality, with a harmonious and versatile style.
