History
At Cantine Maschio, innovation and experimentation are at the heart of the quality of Dei Cavalieri wines. Our production method is built around cold temperatures and selected yeasts, together with winemaking, preservation and bottling techniques designed to preserve the wine’s freshness and fragrance.
Thanks to full control of the supply chain and the careful selection of the finest raw materials, we create fine, light bubbles that bring to the glass the natural perfection of our Prosecco DOC and DOCG wines and our sparkling wines.
