Ca' Besina Brut Millesimato is a Colli di Scandiano e Canossa DOP Classic Method sparkling wine, made from 100% Spergola grapes grown in Scandiano on calcareous-clay soils. Harvested by hand at the end of August, it ferments in steel and referments in the bottle with aging on the lees for at least 48 months, followed by manual riddling and disgorging. It stands out for its structure, complexity, and expressive finesse, representing one of the most authoritative expressions of the territory.
