1900 MALBO GENTILE

1900 Malbo Gentile Dolce is a sweet sparkling red wine from Colli di Scandiano e Canossa DOP, made from 100% Malbo Gentile grapes grown on calcareous-clay soils in Scandiano. The grapes, harvested in mid-September, are selected, destemmed, and cold macerated for about four days, followed by alcoholic fermentation and secondary fermentation in autoclaves. It is distinguished by its aromatic intensity and pleasant balance between sweetness and freshness.
