1900 MALVASIA DOLCE

1900 Malvasia Dolce is a sweet sparkling white wine from Emilia IGP, made from 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes grown in Scandiano on calcareous-clay soils. The grapes, harvested in early September, are selected and subjected to soft pressing, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, and subsequent refermentation in autoclaves. It is distinguished by its intense varietal aroma and harmonious balance between sweetness and freshness.
