full-bodied, intense, aromatic
Ca' Brione is a mountain white wine born in 1986, crafted from vines rooted in the rocks of the Retic Alps, shaped by the clash of the African and European tectonic plates. This geological origin imparts unique minerality and elegance to the wine. Comprising Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Incrocio Manzoni, and Nebbiolo vinified as white, it presents an intense floral aroma with notes of elderflower, ripe fruit, and Mediterranean spices. On the palate, it offers fullness and natural acidity. Perfect with raw fish, shellfish, and young cheeses.
