The Fleur Noire 2014 cuvée from Maison Beaumont des Crayères is made from 100% Coeur de Cuvée, 100% Pinot Noir. This Blanc de Noirs is a full-bodied, fruity and fresh champagne. This cuvée with fine bubbles, offers to the nose aromas of ripe fruits, fig and quince paste. The mouth is fresh and ample and reveals aromas of apricot jam, grapefruit and candied lemon. The finish is long, spicy and refreshing.
