Lambruscone Emilia IGP

Lambruscone is a dry sparkling red Lambrusco Emilia IGP, produced in Scandiano and historically recognized as the only one allowed to bear this name on the label. It is made from a blend of 30% Lambrusco Grasparossa, 30% Salamino, 30% Marani, and 10% Malbo Gentile, grown on calcareous-clay soils. After destemming and crushing and a long maceration, it ferments in steel at a controlled temperature with subsequent refermentation in an autoclave. It stands out for its structure, aromatic intensity, and strong character.
