Migliolungo is a dry sparkling Lambrusco Emilia IGP wine produced in the province of Reggio Emilia from a unique blend of 21 historic grape varieties and “forgotten” Lambrusco grapes from the Reggio Emilia area. Grown on calcareous-clay soils and harvested in mid-September, it is vinified with destemming and crushing, maceration for about six days, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, and subsequent refermentation in autoclaves. It stands out for its territorial identity, balance between structure and freshness, and authentic, decisive style.
