medium-bodied, intense, sweet
One of the latest additions to the Castello Monaci family, this extraordinary quality passito wine is made from a single vineyard of Moscatello Selvatico planted in 2005. Located in front of the winery’s main entrance, the vineyard is surrounded by ancient pines and aromatic herbs. The vines, a gift from the Colosso family of Ugento, yield a unique wine with a rare acidity for sweet Apulian wines. With an intense golden yellow color, it offers a bouquet of orange blossoms and sage, with notes of caramelized apricot and peach. Perfect with aged cheeses and almond-based desserts, it is ideal for those seeking an exclusive wine experience.
